While the big shops on Madison Avenue are built on a strict division between The Account and The Project, agencies in the digital age must embrace the reality that reaching today's consumers (and clients) means breaking down the barriers between traditional disciplines.

I am part of a new breed of managers for the decentralized marketing era - battling complexity with an ingrained passion for disruptive strategy, effective communication design, and the power of tomorrow's technology.

I have experience in communication design, digital strategy, user experience design, information architecture, web development, project management, and account management. These words mean different things to different people and that's a good thing.
